Rabbi Dov Winston
Senior Rabbi

Rabbi Winston joined Congregation Beth Sholom in the summer of 2022. He received his rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University’s Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary. He has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Jewish Studies from Yeshiva University and an MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Rabbi Winston and Rebbetzin Rena have three
beautiful children, Leora, Shalva and Shoshi. Since their arrival the Winston’s have infused the Rochester community with a vibrant and youthful passion for learning, spirituality and growth. Rabbi Winston is always available to meet with congregants, reach out to the office or just drop in to see him for a cup of coffee during his office hours!

Eva grew up in Rochester and loves living in a city that offers a blend of cultural attractions, family-friendly activities, and scenic beauty. She believes change happens at the community level and is proud to contribute to the vision of CBS. Eva enjoys connecting with congregants and working shoulder-to-shoulder with staff, volunteers, and members to bring our mission to life.
